Standard Products
Returns on all standard products:
Refunds for returned standard products will only be made:
- A 20% restocking fee
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
Refunds for returned standard products will only be made:
- After Kravchenko Audio has received the product(s) and have completed a full assessment of their condition.
Custom & Custom Products
Custom and Customized Products deposits are only refundable under the following conditions:
Kravchenko Audio will then choose at our discretion to cancel the order and fully refund any and all payments made.
Custom orders may be delayed due to but not limited to:
Kravchenko Audio will inform the customer immediately if delays do occur, and we will strive to minimize the impact of such delays on expected shipping dates.
Custom and Customized projects require:
For Projects paid upfront or any amount paid over the deposited amount:
After project completion and final payment made
- When a new buyer is found for the project
- Kravchenko Audio believes the order unfulfillable due to unanticipated complications,
- Original design criteria cannot be met
- Required parts or materials become unavailable or do not meet spec etc,
Kravchenko Audio will then choose at our discretion to cancel the order and fully refund any and all payments made.
Custom orders may be delayed due to but not limited to:
- Custom features
- Finishes
- Components
Kravchenko Audio will inform the customer immediately if delays do occur, and we will strive to minimize the impact of such delays on expected shipping dates.
Custom and Customized projects require:
- A minimum deposit of 50%,
- The balance to be paid upfront or when the product is complete ready for shipment.
For Projects paid upfront or any amount paid over the deposited amount:
- is refundable upon order cancellation anytime before project completion.
After project completion and final payment made
- The original buyer now owns the product
- If the original buyer wishes to cancel the order, a refund will only be made after a new buyer is found.
- The original buyer officially owns the product and can, therefore, determine the sale price. The refund will be equivalent to the set price.
- If a new buyer is not found within a reasonable amount of time and the product will be shipped to the owner.
